Every gin we make starts from scratch — we craft our own base from grapes sourced from Jeanneret Wines, then let 13+ native and locally sourced botanicals do the rest. The result is gin that tastes like the Clare Valley.

The Signature Gin is a symphony of locally procured botanicals — juniper at the heart, layered with lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, Geraldton wax and pepperberry. Born from our fascination with the history of alcohol, the Navy Strength is a bold expression distilled to 58.8% — the proof that kept the gunpowder dry on naval ships. Warm spices dominate: cardamom, cassia, star anise and ginger, underpinned by citrus and an enduring lavender lift. Enjoy it neat over ice with fresh lemon and dill, or let it hold its own in any cocktail.

The Bramble starts life as our Signature Gin, then spends a month macerating with blackberries and lemon zest. The result is sweet, sumptuous and full of character — a deep berry warmth that clings to the glass. It has quickly become our most-loved drop, especially when shaken into a Bramble Sour.
