Blackbird is our coffee gin: Navy Strength spirit married with cold drip coffee, built for the back half of the evening.
We use our high-proof Navy Strength as the base because coffee will flatten a softer gin. Cold drip keeps the coffee character smooth and low in bitterness, so what you get is roasted cocoa and dark fruit rather than burnt espresso. It has become the house Espresso Martini pour, and the bottle most likely to disappear from a party.

How to serve it
Over ice, or shaken into an Espresso Martini.
Try it in: Moonlight — 30ml Blackbird, 15ml tequila, 15ml chocolate liqueur, 15ml agave, shaken and finished with a cream float and cinnamon.
Pairs with: Dessert, dark chocolate, or the end of a long Saturday.
