The Clare Valley is riesling country, so a riesling gin was never really optional. RG23 is bright, green and citrus-driven, and it drinks like a very good afternoon.
Made with Clare Valley riesling from the 2023 vintage, RG23 keeps the grape's line of acidity and layers it over our native botanical base. Where SG23 goes dark and brooding, RG23 goes fresh and floral — lime, green herb and a lick of stone fruit. Another single-vintage release, bottled while the fruit lasts.

Tall, over ice, with soda and a wheel of lime.
Try it in: A riesling spritz — 45ml RG23, soda, a splash of elderflower and plenty of mint.
