A good gin cocktail should taste like where it comes from. At Three Little Birds, every bottle starts in the Clare Valley — leftover wine grapes from Jeanneret, native botanicals from South Australia, and a lot of trial and error in the tasting room. These six recipes make the most of the range.
1. The Classic G&T, reimagined
Start with Signature Gin, a premium tonic, and a slice of lime. The Signature is floral and silky, so keep the garnish simple — lime and a sprig of thyme if you have it.
2. Strawberry Myrtle
Our Signature Gin with strawberry gum and lemon myrtle, shaken with fresh strawberries. Sweet, bright, and unmistakably Australian. Serve in a coupe with edible flowers.
3. Bramble Sour
Bramble Gin brings blackberry maceration to the front. Shake 60ml Bramble with 15ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, and an egg white for a silky sour. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon twist.
4. Shiraz Sour
For a richer pour, the Shiraz Sour uses our Shiraz Gin in a martini coupe with 15ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, and an egg white. Finish with an edible flower.
5. Moonlight
Blackbird Gin meets tequila, chocolate liqueur, and agave in a martini coupe. Top with a thin cream float and a dusting of cinnamon. Decadent, dark, and made for after dinner.
6. Chuckles
Navy Strength Gin, lime, lemon myrtle syrup, fresh mint, and ginger beer in a tall glass. Bold, refreshing, and built for long afternoons on the lawn.
